    Browse the gift shop on the way out, back through Dubai Mall.

Know before you go

  • The entrance is on the lower ground floor of Dubai Mall: arrive 15 minutes before your slot for security.
  • Sunset slots sell out first and cost more; morning and late evening slots are quieter.
  • Haze and dust can soften the view in summer; winter mornings and nights after dark are usually clearest.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your time slot. After that the tickets are issued and cannot be refunded, including for cloud or haze. If At the Top itself closes on your date, you choose a new slot or a full refund.

Questions

Can I choose my ticket time?

Yes. Tell us your preferred date and time and we will book the closest available slot.

What if it is cloudy?

The deck stays open in cloudy weather. Tickets are not refundable for weather, so an evening slot after sunset is a good alternative to daytime haze.

Is the SKY level 148 ticket worth it?

It adds a higher deck and a guided host, at a higher price. Ask us if you would like that instead.
