Terms and conditions
The terms that apply when you book a holiday, visa or tour with us.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you accept a quote and pay the required deposit or full amount. The quote you accept sets out what is included in your price.
Payments
Prices are shown per person in AED for the UAE and LKR for Sri Lanka. Some trips can be paid in instalments; your consultant confirms the schedule and final payment date before you book.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change charges follow the rules set by the airline, hotel or visa authority for your booking. We tell you these rules before you pay, and will always try to find the lowest-cost option if your plans change.
Visas
We submit visa applications on your behalf once you have given us accurate documents. The final decision on any visa rests with the relevant embassy, consulate or authority, not with us, and visa fees are not refundable once an application is submitted.
Liability
We arrange your trip with reputable airlines, hotels and visa authorities, but we are not responsible for their delays, changes or decisions. We will always help you resolve a problem with a supplier where we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
