    Travel consultant

    Plan holidays, flights and hotels for travellers in the UAE, from the first enquiry through to a confirmed booking. You will work closely with our visa team on multi-service trips.

    Responsibilities and requirements

    What you’ll do

    • Answer enquiries on WhatsApp, phone and email, and turn them into quotes
    • Put together holiday packages that match a traveller’s budget and dates
    • Book flights, hotels and transfers with our suppliers
    • Keep travellers updated on their booking from deposit to departure
    • Hit monthly sales targets for the Dubai office

    What you’ll need

    • At least two years in travel sales or a similar customer-facing role
    • Comfortable using a GDS or similar booking system
    • Clear written English, spoken Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
    • Good with people under pressure, especially close to a departure date
    • Based in or able to relocate to Dubai

  • Dubai · Full-time

    Digital marketing executive

    Run our social media, website content and paid campaigns across both markets. You will work with consultants to turn real trips and reviews into content that brings in new enquiries.

    Responsibilities and requirements

    What you’ll do

    • Plan and post content across Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp Status
    • Write and update pages on quicklinktravel.com with the content team
    • Run paid campaigns for holidays, tours and visa services
    • Track enquiries from each channel and report monthly results
    • Photograph and edit trip and office content for use online

    What you’ll need

    • At least two years in digital marketing, ideally for a travel or service business
    • Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager and basic analytics tools
    • Good eye for photography and short-form video
    • Clear written English
    • Based in or able to relocate to Dubai
