Marhaba meet & greet
Marhaba service: a friendly face at the gate in Dubai airport
A Marhaba agent meets you at arrivals in Dubai and takes you through immigration, baggage and customs with as little queuing as possible. It is a popular add-on for elderly travellers and families.
How we help
A dedicated agent meets you at Dubai International, guides you through the fastest lanes at immigration, and helps collect your baggage.
Tell us your flight number and how many passengers need the service, and we book your meet and greet in advance.
On arrival, look out for the agent holding a Marhaba sign with your name, right at the gate or in the arrivals hall.
What you get
Priority lanes
Your agent takes you through the fastest available immigration and customs lanes.
Baggage help
An agent helps locate and carry your bags, so you are not managing trolleys alone.
Good for connections
Especially useful on a tight connection, or for elderly or first-time travellers.
Questions
Does meet and greet replace my airport transfer?
No, they are separate services. Many travellers book both: meet and greet inside the terminal, and a transfer for the road journey.
Can I book this for just one leg of my trip?
Yes, you can book it for arrival only, departure only, or both.
