About Georgia
Georgia packs old stone churches, mountain villages and vineyard country into a trip that rarely needs more than four or five days. Tbilisi’s old town, with its sulphur bathhouses and balconied streets, is the usual base.
When to go
May to October is best for the mountains, with long days and clear views at Kazbegi. July and August are busiest and warmest in Tbilisi; spring and late autumn keep the crowds down.
Getting around
Tbilisi’s old town is best explored on foot, with a cable car up to Narikala Fortress for the view. Day trips to Kazbegi and Kakheti wine country are usually done by private car, which most packages include.

- Gergeti Trinity Church above the Kazbegi mountains

Georgia questions
Do I need a visa for Georgia?
Most UAE residents and Sri Lankan passport holders need an e-visa, arranged online before you travel. We can handle this as part of your booking.
Is Tbilisi walkable?
Yes, the old town is compact and easy on foot. A cable car covers the climb to Narikala Fortress, and day trips out of the city come with a driver.
What is the food like?
Hearty and good value: khachapuri cheese bread, khinkali dumplings and Kakheti wine feature on most menus. Vegetarian options are easy to find.
