The same team runs an executive leadership meeting of 10 to 20 people and an annual company convention of more than 100 delegates, with venues, rooms and transport sized to the group.

How many people can you look after?
From an executive group of 10 to conventions of more than 100 delegates. Tell us the headcount and we size the venues, rooms and transport to it.
How far ahead should we get in touch?
Two to three months suits most events, and longer for large groups or peak season. For shorter notice, ask us and we will tell you what is possible.
Can you look after guests flying in from different countries?
Yes. We book flights from each guest’s city, arrange visas where they are needed and meet everyone at the airport.
Can you send a proposal we can share internally?
Yes. Send the corporate form with your headcount, month and destination, and we come back with a written proposal and a per-person budget.
